Current status

ChaosEngine is in active development and is being offered to select users through an early-access program rather than general self-service signup. These terms apply to your use of secuenz.com and, where applicable, any early-access use of ChaosEngine. A dedicated Master Subscription Agreement will govern general availability and will be provided separately before that launch.

Use of this website

You may browse and reference the content on secuenz.com for informational purposes. You may not scrape, resell, or misrepresent the content as your own.

Early access

If you're granted early access to ChaosEngine, you agree to:

• Use it only against systems and targets you are authorized to test, per our Acceptable Use Policy
• Treat any credentials, API keys, or workspace access as confidential
• Report bugs and security issues to core@secuenz.com rather than exploiting them

Early access is provided "as is," without warranty, and may change or be withdrawn as the product evolves.

Intellectual property

Secuenz and ChaosEngine names, logos, and product content are the property of Secuenz Inc. Workflow definitions, scripts, and findings you create using ChaosEngine remain yours.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Secuenz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or early-access use of ChaosEngine.

We'll update the "last updated" date above when these terms change materially.
